Parking Management Services
The objective of this RFP is to make an award to a qualified and experienced Contractor that delivers best overall value to the City, considering the evaluation factors in this RFP, including but not limited to professional management and operation of the Stadium parking area of the highest standards to all Stadium personnel and patrons, including all staffing; equipment; skilled customer service; providing effective and efficient management of the parking operations; improvement or extension of efficiencies of the existing parking management system; maintenance of parking area paint appearances; traffic flow control; and accounting of fees, parking passes, and vehicle counts, while generating a competitive revenue back to the City. The City is interested in developing a relationship with a Contractor who is customer orientated, knowledgeable, experienced, and able to provide timely delivery of the requirements. Contract period is three years.
