Parking Lot and Road Construction

The City wiill be seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors with demonstrated skills and experience in providing construction services for the clearing, grading, erosion control, traffic control, temporary and permanent grassing, base, paving, curb and gutter, storm drainage, and all other work necessary for the construction of the Linear Park Phase IV parking lot, intersection improvements, Parkway interparcel access road.
