Parking Lot Resurfacing Projects
LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Bid No. 0912 Ada County Parking Lot Resurfacing Projects (EXPO Idaho, Public Safety Building, Benjamin Campus - 400 West Benjamin) The Board of Ada County Commissioners will receive and publicly open, sealed and clearly marked bids for Bid No. 0912, Ada County Parking Lot Resurfacing Projects. Sealed bids are to be delivered or mailed to the Ada County Administrative Services Department, Purchasing Division, 200 W. Front St., 2nd Floor, Room 2210, Boise, Idaho, 83702 no later than 5:00 p.m., on June 15, 2009. All bids will be dated and time stamped as they arrive in the Purchasing Division. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on June 16, 2009, on or about 9:00 a.m. at the Ada County Courthouse Administration Building, 200 W. Front St., 3rd Floor, Commissioner's Conference Room, Boise, Idaho. Information and specifications for above named bid may be obtained at the Ada County Administrative Services Department, Purchasing Division, 200 W. Front St., 2nd Floor, Boise, Idaho 83702. A refundable plan copy fee of $25 is required (Limit of 2). The Board of Ada County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. On June 4, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., there will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 5610 Glenwood, Boise, Idaho (Parking lot in front of Fair Grounds Office). You are requested to have thoroughly reviewed the bid packet prior to the conference. Auxiliary aids or services for persons with disabilities are available upon request.
