Parking Lot Restoration Services for National Weather Service, New Braunfels, Texas
This is a presolicitation notice for parking lot restoration services at the National Weather Service (NWS) office located at 2090 Airport Road, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $15.0M. Performance period shall be from time of award and completed within sixty days. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Quotes received from contractors who are not active in SAM will not be considered. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on April 17, 2019 and quotes are due by April 30, 2019 no later than 04:00 pm EST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
