Parking Lot Construction
Base Bid: Construction of an approximate 70-space parking lot with porous asphalt pavement over permeable aggregate base course with underdrains. Construct a new concrete driveway entrance and sidewalks. Construct parking lot lighting. This project also includes bid alternates that are described elsewhere in the project manual and on the drawings.
