Parking Lot Canopy Installation
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a competitive award. The vendor shall provide materials and labor to install two parking lot shade structures (canopies) at El Paso Intelligence Center 11339 SSG Sims St., El Paso, TX 79918; in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested vendors shall attend a site visit, Monday, September 25, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. The contact for the visit is Mr. George Godinez at (915)760-2137. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service interested in submitting a quote may do so. All vendors submitting a bid shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active DUNS Number along with their Representations and Certifications completed in SAM. This requirement will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
Factors to be evaluated are: Factor 1: Technical Capability: Contractor shall demonstrate they meet all requirements as stated in the SOW; and Factor 2: Past Performance: Contractors shall demonstrate at least three (3) years past performance same or similar to the work to be performed in the SOW.
