Parking Lot #15 Reclamation Project
SCOPE: Furnish, deliver, and install all necessary labor and materials to perform the parking lot reclamation
project of lot# 15 as specified herein. All materials and work associated with this project shall meet or exceed all
federal, state, and local codes. Contractor shall be fully responsible for ensuring that all work is conducted in full
compliance with OSHA safety standards. Additionally, contractor shall ensure that all necessary precautions are
taken to designate the area as such, installing the proper signage, barricades, and other related safety equipment
to secure the safety of Students, Faculty, and Staff as well as contractor's employees. Work shall be conducted in
a professional courteous manner. Contractor shall be aware of and comply with UNC Charlotte policies
concerning Sexual Harassment. Any of the contractor's employees failing to exhibit a professional behavior will
be asked to leave. Such activity could result in the termination of the contractor. Contractor shall ensure that his
/or her employees always arrive to the University in Uniform identifying their employee and the Company name-
Preferably wearing a picture identification card as well. Contractor must provide certificate of insurance
referencing UNC Charlotte- to insure that insurance is current. There is no performance bond associated with this
