Parking Infrastructure Improvements
The College is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Parking Infrastructure Improvements. Such work will include but is not limited to, the construction of site amenities, the expansion of parking lots by 257 additional spaces, landscaping services, additional pathways and the relocation of existing site work now in the right of way, due to the widening for a new light rail station.
