Parking Garage Management Services
The City seeks to contract with a parking management firm (“Vendor” or “Operator”) to provide parking management services at the Parking Garage (“Garages”) located in downtown. The services provided by the Operator will include, but are not limited to, the services described below:
Day-to-day garage operations
Customer service
Contracting for various services and administration of sub-contracts, including: parking equipment maintenance, signage, painting, lighting and garage cleaning.
Financial management and reporting
Parking rate market surveys and recommendations
