Parking Deck Partial Replacements

Mandatory pre-bid meeting 03/25/2010.
Project consists of, but not limited to, a continuation of a previous project to replace the waterproofing membrane on the existing parking structure at the Student Services Building. The project involves removing the existing parking surface down to the existing structural concrete slab. Removal of the existing waterproofing membrane. Replacing the membrane, installing new rigid insulation, installing new walking pavers and new river rock ballast.
