1. Demolition of landscaping as required for construction access. New landscaping is required in the contract and at the adjacent BOD Facility (Contract A).
2. Relocation of utilities, storm drain structures, and driveways.
3. Demolition and replacement of motorized fences, and addition of card reader system.
4. Demolition and rerouting of fencing.
5. Demolition of curb & gutter and paving.
1. Ground Level (41,974s.f.). Designated parking for free-in, Free-out. Parking control equipment to allow access for employee parking. Elevator and stair access to all levels. Bike parking per Charlotte Zoning Ordinance. Sidewalk access to adjacent BOD Facility.
2. Mid-Level (41,932s.f.). Employee parking and access to adjacent BOD Facility via elevated walkway and sidewalk.
3. Top-Level (21,391s.f.). Employee parking and access to adjacent BOD Facility via elevated walkway.
