Parking Citation Processing Services
The County Sheriff’s Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure an Agreement for the provision of a Parking Citation Processing Services program for the Department’s Parking Enforcement Division. Proposers responding to this solicitation must demonstrate that their proposed services would meet the Department’s business requirements (Goals and Objectives), as outlined herein. Presently, the age of existing field citation issuing equipment makes it difficult and cost prohibitive to maintain; a new solution is required to support existing and expanding needs of the Parking Enforcement Division in order to meet revenue goals and customer expectations. The Division is seeking a Contractor to supply and support new equipment using the Contractor’s parking citation management system which is capable of processing 32,000 to 60,000 citations per year. The maximum number of citations may exceed 60,000 citations per year if the department’s Parking Enforcement Detail expands during the life of the contract.
