Parking, Access, and Revenue Control Systems
The University is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to furnish, deliver, install and implement a Campus Wide Parking, Access and Revenue Control System (PARC) consisting of the following options: 1) Facilities Management System, 2) Programmable Barrier Gate System, 3) License Plate Recognition Camera System, 4) Online Parking Permit System, 5) Event Parking Reservation and Transaction Processing System as per general and technical specifications. The University anticipates this complete parking package shall increase overall parking processes and staff productivity, improve user interaction and customer service and overall improve how students, faculty/staff and visitors conduct their business at The University.
