The work to be perfomed, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation required to perform the Greer Park Renovation and Pump Station Replacement. Work under contract includes, but not limited to, mobilization, demolition, grading & drainage, decomposed granite paving, asphalt pavement, unit masonry, metal gates, chain link fencing, site furnishings, play equipment, irrigation, landscape soil preparation, overseeding, planting, landscape maintenance, site concrete, wood screen fence, pump station replacement and site electrical, including all incidental and related work as required by the General Requirements, Specifications, and Drawings in the Invitation for Bids (IFB) available upon request.
