Park Site Improvements

This project includes the installation of a passive recreational park on a closed landfill. Site preparation and grading includes topographic survey, rough grading, erosion and sedimentation control, working within the landfill cap and moving of refuse and replacement of cap. Hardscape improvements include bituminous driveway and chip seal covered walkways, plaza areas, colored concrete, existing Bomanite walkway repair and brick paving. Site improvements include ornamental site lighting, pergola foundations, granite bollards, granite steps with handrails, security pedestal, boulders, planting, seeding and plugs.
