Work of this project comprises the general construction/renovation for an existing park including a multi-purpose pavilion, restroom facilities, rehabilitation of existing fencing, renovation of existing tennis courts and basketball courts, a new playground area, jogging and walking paths, landscaping, irrigation systems, also including site clearing, site preparation and utilities, structural, and electrical Work as well as Add Alternates and Allowances.
Additionally, this project involves Federal Grant Monies; therefore, the successful bidder shall comply with all applicable federal requirements
