Park Phase I Improvements

Improvements to the 32-acre park located off Park Road. The Contractor will be responsible for the installation of the following elements: 1) all site work (clearing, demolition, grading, sediment erosion control, etc.) required for repair of the existing asphalt entry drive; 2) installation of porous concrete parking areas; 3) crushed stone trail system; 4) prefabricated pedestrian bridge; 5) landscaping; and 6) site furnishings and picnic pavilions.
