Work to be done includes implementation of the stormwater master plan, including creation of
bioswales, detention ponds, wetland areas, stormwater structures, as well as asphalt paths and parking
lot, concrete retaining walls, basketball court, boardwalk, wood steps, landscaping with native prairie
and wetland plants, demolition of existing paths, fountain and parking lot, and all associated work.
