The general items of work in the development of an 8.7 acre park consisting of but not limited to rough grading, import/export, underground wet and dry utilities, parking lot with lighting, curbs, walks, asphalting paving, general flatwork, prefabricated restrooms/concessions, playground and ball fields, and fencing.
