The City is soliciting sealed bids from experienced and financially stable General Contractors / Park Renovators who are interested in entering into a Contract for Park Improvements. The improvements to be performed include the installation of pathways, and the construction of two (2) concrete pads with the erection of two (2) pre-fabricated picnic pavilions on the same.
