The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional landscape architect and/or engineer for the revision to the approved Diamond Valley Master Plan. This 100 acre site was master planned in 2001, approximately 14 acres have been developed. The primary focus for this scope is to utilize the existing master plan concept and incorporate components that will meet the current and future needs of the community of Windsor. The master plan will be utilized as a tool for prioritizing budget requests and the exploration of alternative funding options.
