Base Bid-construction of play area including paths, plantings, play equipment, rain gardens, spray-ground, mechanical room, stairs, site features, cisterns, and other appuretnances. Add #1-construction of three (3) picnic shelters with solar panels as roofs. Add #2-construction of covered overlook and associated drainage structure. Add #3-construction of an additional zipline and the associated features to accommodate it.
