Parent Engagement Program

The goal of the Parent Engagement Program is to improve outcomes for foster youth and their families. The program will hire Parent Advocates (PAs) who are birth parents that had child/ren removed from their family and placed in the foster care system. By hiring PAs, and providing them with the necessary administrative infrastructure and support, The County believes it can provide better service to parents who have had their children removed and improve the outcomes for those parents and their children.
