Parapet Repairs

Mandatory pre-bid meeting 03/31/2010.
The successful bidder will furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project, which includes partial removal and rebuilding of approximately one hundred and four feet (104) of the southeast portion of the masonry parapet wall, replacement of existing stone parapet copings, installation of new vertical expansion joints at rebuilt parapet and masonry wall below, cutting and patching of existing EPDM roof with partial new EPDM roofing to match existing as shown in the project drawings and specifications.
