The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Systems Technology INC, 13766 South Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250-7010 to acquire Parasim V5 Parachute Simulator System and Components. The procurement is sole source for the following reasons. Systems Technolgy is the only company who can supply these items for NSWC-PCD. The equipment being purchased is mission essential for jump training for the USMC Raids and Recon Project.
Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City, 110 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407 within six (6) weeks after award. The NAICS Code is 541712, and the FSC Code is 1670.
The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the SAM Database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the SAM website at https:// www.sam.gov.
