Paper and Printer Cartridges
The County has a decentralized purchasing structure with each department procuring office supplies for their use as needed. The County currently has 37 departments, with some having multiple office locations throughout the County. The Countys current employee count is 1,678.
The objective of the Finance department is to enable departments to order paper for use in general office equipment and printer cartridges via the internet and to electronically process order approval, receipt confirmation, and payment.
Request for Proposal
The County Finance Department is requesting solicitation, in a competitive environment, for paper used in general office equipment (laser printers, copy and fax machines). The specific paper size is 8 x 11 (letter size) and 8 x 14 (legal size) with a 92 brightness and 20 pound weight. Printer cartridges vary based on printer model. Other office products (pens, staplers, binders, etc.) may be included in your bid response, but are not required.
