It is the intention of these specifications that the Vendor hereunder shall furnish and
County shall purchase paper and paper supplies covered by this contract that
the County may require during the period of time specified.

The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year beginning on or about September 19,
2009. County reserves the right to automatically renew this contract for up to
four (4) additional one-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions unless
notice is given to the Vendor/Contractor that the contract is not renewed.
