Paonia Ranger District Janitorial Services
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Janitorial Services at the Paonia Ranger District on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The office is located at 403 North Rio Grande Avenue in Paonia, Colorado. This Janitorial Contract shall include management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for December 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Details of the meeting are included in the Solicitation. This pre-bid meeting is NOT mandatory but is recommended. This is a total small business set aside.
The anticipated date for award of this solicitation is January 15, 2015. The due date is identified in the solicitation. The solicitation is available for free download at www.fbo.gov
All offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM - www.sam.gov) to be considered responsive to this Solicitation. SAM is a free service. All offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the Solicitation to be considered responsve to this Solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offerors.
