Painting of Emergency Egress Stairwells

The Emanuel Celler and Theodore Roosevelt Courthouses have a requirement to prepare and paint (photoluminescent-green) emergency egress stairwells. Attached is a solicitation which specifies the labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and transportation necessary to paint the stairwells. This also includes performance specifications, security requirements, and documentation needed.
We will not be paying for the travel expenses (transportation, lodging, meals) of the vendor. We will only be paying for the services provided.
To be awarded this contract, the vendor must be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) or SAM. Duns & Bradstreet, CAGE Code & Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with offer.
