Painting of City Buildings
The City intends to re-coat four (4) structures located at the Water Pollution Control Facility. New colors will be applied to the exterior body and trim of these structures and the goal is to achieve 100% uniform coverage using the new color scheme. Included in the work will be cleaning, prepping, and re-coating of all exterior surfaces; as well as small crack repair, patching, caulk repair, and surface smoothing. All surfaces previously coated will be re-coated. Budget estimate $49,000.
