All trim and siding is to be power washed, scraped and/or sanded to remove loose paint, dirt and salt, etc. All windows, ceilings and trim to be reglazed and/or filled when needed. Spot prime all bare wood. Siding may be brushed, rolled or sprayed. All clean up during and upon completion of the project. Colors are to match present colors. Replacement of damaged shutters. The building is a three story wood framed structure.
