Painting Services
Project Summary: The County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a range of PAINTING services required by the County on an as-needed basis FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE DEPARTMENT for various County properties. The intent of this solicitation is to award up to three (3) indefinite delivery Job Order Contracts in the amount of $60,000.00 each. Individual Job Orders shall not exceed $50,000.00 each, unless such limit is modified via contract amendment. The scope of work for each project cannot be precisely defined at this time, but the range of services may include, but are not limited to application of materials common to the painting and decorating industry for protective or decorative purposes. This may include surface preparation, caulking, patching, sanding, cleaning, priming and painting, installation of surface coverings such as vinyls, wall papers, and cloth fabrics, decorative texturing, taping and finishing of drywall in conjunction with surface painting.
