THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT AMENDMENT NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
1. The 673d Contracting Squadron is issuing amendment #1 to a Painting IDIQ Requirements sources sought. The sources sought is to conduct market research with the intent of determining the interest, capabilities and qualifications of any/ all potential business sources for a Painting IDIQ Requirements. This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is a market research tool to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
2. This is not a solicitation at this time. The Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought request. This source sought request for information does not constitute Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not guarantee a future award. This document should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government. Any information provided to the Government in response to this document will become 673rd Contracting Squadron property and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost associated with responding to this source sought request. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. All submissions will be considered and treated as public information. The Government will assess any/ all responses received for market research. No feedback or evaluation will be provided to interested parties regarding their response, though the Government reserves the right to contact respondents on a case-by-case basis regarding their submission.
