In general the work consists of removal of selected building components and construction of interior and exterior improvements in a 28,000 square foot single story building. Scope of work involves all major building trades, especially carpentry, concrete, roofing, flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire protection.
