STATEMENT OF NEEDS/ SCOPE OF SERVICES:
1.
Patch exterior insulation finishing system where damaged.
2.
Prep exterior EIFS by power-washing with spray pressures not exceeding 900 psi.
3.
Paint the exterior EIFS with one coat of Sherwin Williams (or equivalent approved by the County of Louisa) acrylic primer and two finish coats of exterior latex flat.
4.
Provide all equipment necessary to paint the EIFS which may include bucket-lift trucks, drop staging, scaffolding, scissors scaffolding, and ladders.
5.
Protect plants, sensitive vegetation, equipment, and surfaces from over-spray with tarps or polyethylene sheeting. Ensure that cars and pedestrians are kept clear of potential over-spray areas. If necessary, rope off these areas.
6.
Paint entrance door pair and frame, side door and frame, and rear door and frame to the building with three (3) coats of exterior semi-gloss.
7.
Remove all trash, paint chips, etc. generated by contractors work and haul away.
8.
Provide submittals of paint prior to start of project. Colors are to be determined.
