Painter Training course
The Contractor shall provide painter training services for the 709th Maintenance Support Squadron (MXSS), Coating Technicians. The contractor shall provide all management, parts, materials, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for training. This training is used to develop technician proficiency with efficient and durable application of coatings. Training must include a Basic aircraft Painter course. The Contractor shall have its own facility to provide training.
The Contractor shall train 36 students per year in the Basic Painter Course at a rate of six (6) students every two months*.
The Contractor shall be able to provide paints from all of the following manufacturers: CAAP Co., Hentzen, Deft/PPG, Akzo Nobel, and 3M.
