Paint Static Display, F-86
The contractor shall be responsible for providing qualified personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment for surface preparation and painting of a static F-86H aircraft. The aircraft is located in front of Building 29 (BARNES ANGB) Westfield, Massachusetts, where all work shall be performed.
The performance of the contract will be in two stages: surface preparation; and refinishing. 100% of visible surfaces will be included in the scope of work. The details of the job are in the section labeled, Performance Work Statement.
This is a best value, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable solicitation. The basis of award is explained in clause 52.212-2, Evaluation for Award.
The period of performance will be: 17-28 July 2017.
