The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg (MICC-FB), Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue solicitation W91247-15-R-0040, Project PA10001-5R, paint exterior of building and perform landscaping at building 4-1469, Fort Bragg NC. The requirement will be set-aside for HUBzone small businesses, under NAICS Code 236220, with a size standard of $36.5 Million. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated under solicitation number W9124715-R-0040 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.

All quoters must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (JUL 2013).Quoters must also complete Quoter Representations and Certifications on-line at www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quote. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be on or before 31 August 2015.
In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, is between $25,000 and $100,000.
