Paint 1N & 7N Corridors and Auditorium Wall

  Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment to paint the 1st and 7th floor corridor walls and the auditorium stage wall to match existing paint. Contractor is responsible for verifying the exact measurements. Contractor shall provide a phasing plan schedule detailing how project will be executed. Any deviations from the following must receive written approval from the GSA Project Manager of Contracting Officer.
Work is to be complete at: North Tower 1st floor corridor and lobby, 7th floor elevator lobby and corridor walls, auditorium stage wall. All corridors and lobbies are 10' high unless otherwise noted.
