PAIL, UTILITY: Shall be The Cary Company P/N 57W007, or equal, with the following characteristics. Shall be in accordance with ASTM D4976-06 and conform to the following characteristics:
PAIL REQUIREMENTS:
Material - Polyethylene, plastic
Capacity - 7 gallons (nominal)
Pail style - tapered body to permit nesting
Bail - steel bail handle with grip included
Wall Thickness - 0.10 inch minimum
Height - 19-3/4 inches (minimum with lid off)
Top Diameter (inner) - 11-1/8 inch (minimum)
Density - Supplier option, based upon commercial product
Color - green, black, dark gray, or white
LID REQUIREMENTS:
The lid shall have a snap-on or screw-on type, airtight lid, that fits appropriately with the pail requirements stated above.
