This is a fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, type contract. The requirement is for providing shipping/packing services, freight handling, forwarding, cargo storage, and other related services that apply to shipments originating from, consigned to, routed through, and/or moved within the geographic area(s) of La Paz.
The estimated amount of packing HHE effects is 1,260 cwt., of UAB effects is 63 cwt.; unpacking HHE effects is 2,720 cwt., and UAB effects is 42 cwt. a year.
The Government may elect to award a single delivery order contract or task order contract or to award multiple delivery order contracts or task order contracts for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources under this solicitation.
The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year (12 months) periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps.
