The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a contract for Packing and Crating Services for the Local Intra City moves.


Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as Government furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method.  The Period of Performance (POP) is January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020, base plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. There is no guarantee that each option will be exercised. Work shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of contract and commercial practices. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Packing and Containerization services in support of Fort Sill units and tenant activities, reserve component units; field artillery units outside the installation or the AR 5-9 area of responsibility, and other organizational elements having support agreements with Fort Sill, Oklahoma.


The Standard North American Industry 484210 and the small business size standard is $30 million.  All offerors shall be required to submit a quote in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. Contractors interested in doing business with the government are required to be registered the System for Award Management (SAM) database.


The Government will issue a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, for Packing and Crating Services for Oklahoma Intra-City and Intra-Area. Consisting of a 50-mile radius from the Transportation Office, Bldg 4700, Fort Sill, OK.  An award will made to the contractor that is most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.
