Packing Cartons
It is the intent of this Invitation For Bids (IFB) to establish a contract with a vendor for PACKING CARTONS per
the stated bid specifications described. The contract would be for a period of approximately one (1) year from date of
award. The State also requires an option to renew for two (2) additional years in increments of one (1) year, if determined
to be in the States best interest. No maximum or minimum quantities are guaranteed. The State reserves the right to
increase or decrease the quantities as needed.
The State will be responsible only for items requested and received.
