Packing, Shipping, Crating and Storage Services

The requirement is for providing Packing, Shipping, Crating, and Storage related services to U.S. Mission located in New Delhi in India. This will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contract with firm fixed unit prices. The contract will be for a base period of one (1) year from the date of the contract award, with four (4), one-year periods at the option of the Government. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to Embassy of the United States of America, New Delhi in India. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel and required equipment to accomplish all work as required in the contract.
Embassy of the United States in New Delhi intends to conduct a pre-bid conference for the purpose of answering questions concerning this solicitation on July 3, 2019. Instructions on how to participate in the conference are provided in the solicitation document and its cover letter.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The deadline for submission of offers is July 22, 2019 by 17:00 hours (Indian standard time). Instructions on how to complete and submit the offer are provided in the solicitation (Section 3 and its addendum) and its cover letter. Please read the solicitation document carefully before submitting an offer. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Only offers received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on FedBizOpps. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via e-mail at: ChellaramaniA@state.gov ; on or before June 27, 2019. Any question received after June 27, 2019 shall not be answered.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov ; prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
