This opportunity is only available to Small Business. The USFWS has a requirement to purchase gravel to cover roads to the Packer and Codora Units of the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge, Willows, CA (Glenn County). Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract.
A pre-bid site visit is not scheduled.
The NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $14.0 million.
The work will commence within 5 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by September 30, 2014.
