DRAFT PLANS AND DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED OFFICIAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. ***

To obtain a copy of the DRAFT PLANS AND SPECS, e-mail your request to Mr. Raymond Gloria at Raymond.P.Gloria@navy.mil.
The Package will be uploaded to the AMRDEC website at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/default.aspx. Offerors interested in submitting a proposal will receive an e-mail from the AMRDEC SAFE website with a link and password to access to the files.

We are currently accepting and processing site visit requests.
A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at MCBCP. Personnel will check-in at the Public Works Building 220104T with Ms. Jessica Spurlock.
All prospective Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit and pre-proposal conference. If you do not have base access, follow the attached base access instructions, complete and submit a bREQUEST FOR BUSINESS PASSb letter with completed Base Access Form SECNAV 5512-1 by email NLT July 17, 2019 to Ms. Jessica Spurlock at Jessica.Spurlock@usmc.mil with copy to Mr. Raymond Gloria at Raymond.P.Gloria@navy.mil. Upon approval of your request, Ms. Jessica Spurlock will provide a final signed copy of the letter for you to present to the PASS ID office for your one-day pass.

This Design-Bid-Build project is to construct potable water supply pipelines to transport potable water from the 24 Area to the 20 Area potable water storage tanks.
The potable water supply pipelines will replace and upgrade the existing 18b supply lines with 24b supply lines to the 20 and 21 Areas.

The estimated total contract price range, in accordance with DFARS 236.204 is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
