PVC Roofing System
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 05/04/2010.
Scope:
Vendor shall furnish, deliver and install all roofing materials for a complete PVC Roof System PER
PLANS AND SPECS including but not limited to sheet roofing, insulation, cover boards, walkway
pads, rolls, termination bars, adhesives, fasteners, base flashing, dens decking, parapet coping metals
and flashing, cant strips blocking, nailers, caulking roof installation of HVAC supplied prefabricated
roof curbs and equipment rails, penetrations and sealing, sleeving ,flashing and counter flashing for
other scopes of work such as but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and roof hatches/flashing,
coordinate with other trades, submittals and shop drawings for approval.
