STATEMENT OF WORK
For the purchase of Materials for "Introduction to Situational Leadership II"


 

Background

DLA Training will enter into contract for the purchase of Introduction to Situational Leadership II manuals/materials. This purchase is in support of "LEAD" (Leadership Education and Development) course which utilizes self-assessment instruments. These consumable materials are provided to each participant in the LEAD class and will receive The Situational Leadership Manual, and one copy of the Leadership Behavior Analysis II, Self and Scoring assessment, and SLII pocket card job aid.

 

Specific Requirements
Contractor shall deliver the requested quantity of Introduction to Situational Leadership II which includes the LBAII Self and scoring assessment, pocket guide and reprint right agreement for Introduction to Situational Leadership manuals See table below:

Delivery schedule for Base year:
300 packets by September 29th, 2017

300 each by October 31st, 2017

 

The contractor shall retain the order history of all DLA training transactions as a means to assist users with repeat orders of the same product. The contractor shall provide all purchase reports electronically,  and/or in paper form, as  directed in writing by DLA training Officer(s).

 

Period  of Performance
 

The anticipated period of performance will be 365 days from the date of the award.

 

Ordering Procedures
All purchases for Introduction to Situational Leadership II materials. The preferred method of ordering under this contract shall be electronic. Such procedures shall include a secure Internet site, receipt of orders, and alternate methods to complete  orders  such  as  telephone  and  facsimile.  The contractor shall  confirm orders via email or facsimile to the DLA   Training personnel placing the order.

 

Delivery Requirements
The contractor shall deliver all ordered material under this contract to: Attention Tamika Hope: DLA Training Center
