Description of requirements for the items to be acquired is as follows:
One (1) year renewal subscription service for Unicorn Software Maintenance for Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC). Model required is the SirsiDynix Integrated Library System (ILS). All operations of RSIC are performed on the Sirsi Dynix ILS to include the ordering of materials, cataloging, circulation, storage of archival materials and internet interface for users.
Date of performance is one year from date of contract award.
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, is applicable; the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) are technical capability and price. The evaluation factor technical capability is significantly more important than price.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with its offer.
The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
