PRON: AX7F6092AX.  The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 50 each maximum of a PUMP, HYDRAULIC RAM, NSN: 4320-01-305-6955, Part Number: 7-211810016-3 applicable to the A-BJ APACHE weapon system.

Forecasted/estimated quantities:

Year 1: 10 each

Year 2: 10 each

Year 3: 10 each

Year 4: 10 each

Year 5: 10 each

Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is estimated at 10 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000.

 This item is limited in competition to THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage Code 8V613 and PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, Cage Code: 93835.

 

This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100  As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements having only a limited number of responsible sources.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.

THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. VIOLATION OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.

The FedBizOpps.gov website will be used to issue the solicitation, amendments or any other information concerning the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about 31 March 2018.

The anticipated award date is on or about 31 July 2018.
